bug?

im lvl 11 (use iro, and i can still play ^^) but i cant use my stat points, the arrow button things that usually appear next to my stats dont appear, is this a bug or something? Or is it because of im using IRO O.o. Please reply.

Here, you have to type it in a format.
Example: /dex+ 10
Example: /dex+ 10
